Licensed Insurance Sales Producers, 4-40 or 2-20
Small corporate, fast paced insurance agency is expanding and has openings for 2 licensed sales producers. Only 4-40 or 2-20 licensed professionals with at least one year of any type of sales experience need apply. Bilingual candidates are a plus. These positions feature an attractive base salary plus commission, bonuses, paid time off and benefits are offered. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Saturdays and evening appointments are scheduled only when necessary. This agency primarily provides insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes.
These positions feature an unlimited earning potential! Leads are provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new business through working leads, referrals, cold calls & networking
• Generate and follow-up on quotes at high volumes
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction to foster client retention
• Deepen relationships with customers by selling additional products
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update policies and coverage as needed
• Maintain required licenses

• Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience

Experience
• Minimum 1 year sales experience is required
• Telemarketing experience is a plus
